Ultimatrust, a portfolio company of Abies Ventures, has developed a simulator to optimize the route of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) with Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP)

DNP Annealing Software (DAS) was incorporated into Ultimatrust’s “Wisbrain” digital twin platform, which aggregates data acquired from a variety of installed information devices and performs highly accurate analysis using AI. This enables users to quickly compute optimal movement paths based on the constantly changing locations of AMRs and obstacles, thereby improving AMR utilization rates.

Ultimatrust and DNP plan to demonstrate the effectiveness of robot implementation in warehouses, manufacturing and logistics-related companies, and the food and beverage industry. Additionally, they aim to develop and provide an AMR route optimization system based on this algorithm by the end of the fiscal year 2023.
