A Star Quantum, a portfolio of Abies Ventures, raised approximately JPY 750 million for the Series B round. Abies Ventures Fund I, L.P., which served as the lead investor at the Series A round, also made an additional investment. The raised capital will be used for business growth of AQCloud (Quantum AI Cloud Service), which has already been implemented in the logistics and other industries, as well as for strengthening the organization for this purpose.

At the same time, A Star Quantum formed a capital and business alliance with Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. in the combination optimization of production planning and delivery route planning for manufacturing and logistics. The both companies plan to develop and provide software for high-speed “combination optimization” of production planning and delivery route planning for manufacturing, logistics, etc., utilizing various quantum computing technologies and methods.
